A confirmation email containing a unique Order ID is automatically sent to the email address provided upon the successful completion of an order. Remember to check your spam folder or junk mail should you not find your confirmation email in your inbox.For assistance in tracking your order(s), please email our Customer Support Team at contact@Activnez.com. Please include your Order ID with your complete name and email address used to place the order so we can easily locate this in our system. A Customer Support Specialist will get back to you with your tracking number and link to where you can check the status of your parcel. You may use the same link to monitor your parcel’s delivery status.
An order with multiple items may have multiple tracking numbers. Items may be shipped separately and have a different expected time of arrival due to the difference in manufacturing partners’ locations and shipping time.
Orders are sent out for delivery as soon as the stock availability is confirmed. Shipping is usually successfully completed within 1-3 weeks from the order date, however, there are factors that are outside of our control which can cause delays in the delivery of orders. Please note that the delivery timeframe will vary for every destination country.
Order Information Changes and Cancellation
Order confirmation is done within 24hours after a purchase goes through. Should there be any changes you wanted done on your order (like change of size/color of item(s) purchased or change of shipping details/location), or if you’d wish to cancel your purchase made, please contact us the soonest time possible as we are only able to accommodate these requests within the first 24hours after successfully completing your order. Any order that has already been packed and shipped for delivery can no longer be cancelled nor changed.
